Back 2 Back Hits

EMI's Back 2 Back Hits series generally selects six songs each from two albums by an artist and combines them on one concise disc of strong tracks, but some releases in the series, like this one, take six songs each from two different artists with similar fan bases, and puts them together on a single disc as a two-fer, the idea being that fans of one artist might really like the other artist, too, if exposed to them. Here we have six songs from the Robbie Seay Band combined with six songs from Starfield, with both bands exploring a similar alternative pop and rock approach to praise & worship contemporary Christian music. It's a nice way to sample both bands without making a huge investment. ~ Steve Leggett
