Jason Crabb established himself, along with his siblings, as one of the singers of the wildly popular Southern gospel group the Crabb Family, and on this debut solo release, he shines brightly but humbly. On this solid collection of country-tinged rockers and ballads, Crabb's vocals, lyrics, and spirited presence recall the exuberance of the Statler Brothers and the fine songwriting of Fred Gaither (whose Gaither Music Group released this album).
